This PSA seeks to resonate with all New Yorkers, inspired by “Spanglish” signs in bodegas and grocery stores that we all see on a regular basis. Visit nycvotes.org to find out what's on your ballot, register to vote, find your polling site, review voting dates and deadlines, and more!
F.Y. Eye is a nonprofit working at the intersection of information access, media and design to amplify community messages.
Make the Road New York builds the power of immigrant and working-class communities to achieve dignity and justice. With over 30,000 members across New York, their model integrates four core strategies for concrete change: Legal and survival services to tackle discrimination, abuse and poverty; transformative education to develop community members’ abilities to lead our organization, our movement, and society; community organizing to transform the systems and power structures impacting our communities; and policy innovation to rewrite unjust rules and make our democracy truly accountable to all of us.
