The Manhattan Solid Waste Advisory Board (MSWAB) is a volunteer citizens’ advisory board dedicated to helping Manhattan contribute to New York City's zero waste goals. MSWAB was established in 1989 through a New York City ordinance to help NYC achieve its Zero Waste goals.
