About this PSA

Cancer screening can catch cancer early—when treatment works best. In fact, deaths from screenable cancers in NYC have declined by nearly 20% since 2015. Most insurance plans cover cancer screening services, such as colonoscopies and mammograms, often without a copay. Learn more about cancer screening at here.

About the Organization

The Fund for Public Health NYC (FPHNYC) is an independent nonprofit that connects the NYC Health Department with private sector partners, funders, and CBOs to quickly and flexibly develop, pilot, and launch, innovative public health projects. Their partnership with the Health Department helps scale public health programs that impact everyone who lives in, works in, or visits New York City.
