Menopause is a natural life stage that every woman will experience, yet many don’t receive the information or support they need. Up to 80% of women have symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, or mood changes — but only one in five receive care or guidance. This PSA is designed to raise awareness, dispel myths, and encourage women to recognize that their experiences are real and valid. Understanding menopause is the first step toward finding relief and improving quality of life.
