Restore NYC’s Recognize, Reach, Resources campaign educates New Yorkers about human trafficking and moves them from awareness to action. Housing instability is a leading risk factor — 64% of survivors were experiencing it when trafficked. This campaign calls on real estate professionals to help close that door to exploitation.
Restore NYC is a nation-leading nonprofit making freedom real for survivors of human trafficking in New York City. Since 2009, Restore has supported close to 3,000 survivors and those at risk through safe housing, economic empowerment, and trauma-informed counseling. In 2024, Restore was one of two national recipients of the Presidential Award for Extraordinary Efforts to Combat Trafficking in Persons — the highest federal honor for anti-trafficking work.
