As a certified Opioid Overdose Prevention Program (OOPP), The Broad Center provides life-saving resources such as naloxone distribution, overdose prevention education, and harm reduction supplies. In addition, our organization offers case management, referrals, peer support, and access to essential services that address both immediate needs and long-term stability.
With a strong focus on serving BIPOC, Latinx, immigrant, and LGBTQ+ communities, The Broad Center aims to reduce barriers to care while fostering a safe, inclusive space where individuals can access support, build resilience, and strengthen community connections.
The Broad Center is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit community organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing homelessness, poverty, substance use, and mental health challenges. We offer compassionate, nonjudgmental services that prioritize dignity, equity, and community empowerment.
