About the PSA
On the November 2024 ballot, New Yorkers will have the opportunity to vote on Prop 1. If voters approve it, the New York Equal Rights Amendment will be added to our constitution. NYCLU is spreading the word about Prop 1 so that all New Yorkers can head to the ballot box informed about this important proposal, knowing that they must flip their ballot over in order to vote on it. This PSA is available in English, Spanish, and Simple Chinese.
